TWO FRIARGATE to take centre stage at UKREiiF

TWO FRIARGATE, represented at UKREiiF 2023 in Leeds, 16th-18th May

TWO FRIARGATE, Coventry’s premier new office building, will set the bar for sustainable offices as part of Coventry’s delegation to UKREiiF 2023. The UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum will take place in Leeds between 16th-18th May.

Set to be the city’s most iconic office building, as well as its most sustainable, TWO FRIARGATE will deliver Grade A office space in the heart of Coventry. The ground floor also offers the opportunity for bar / restaurant space, looking out on Station Square and one of the city’s busiest concourses.

TWO FRIARGATE is ready to capitalise on the city’s growing reputation as a hub for research, development, and high-tech manufacturing. With access to a world-leading talent pool, nurtured by two outstanding universities, TWO FRIARGATE is one of the West Midlands’ most exciting office developments.

UKREiiF is the place to be

The UKREiiF conference, now in its second year, is fast becoming the UK’s leading property investment forum. It will promote both the city – and individual investment opportunities – to the wider market.

With over 6,000 attendees from across the UK, including over 750 investors and 500 potential occupiers, UKREiiF will promote what Coventry and TWO FRIARGATE have to offer. The team will be meeting with potential investors from across the UK, with the aim of bringing them to the city.

Plenty to discover and discuss

Whilst attending UKREiiF, the Coventry delegation will also take part in events and panel discussions ranging from ‘How can local authorities achieve Net Zero Carbon’ to ‘The Three Cities Reception’ in partnership with Birmingham City Council and the City of Wolverhampton Council.

Once complete, TWO FRIARGATE is expected to achieve several important accolades, including a BREEAM Excellent rating to put it among the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings for sustainability.
