TWO FRIARGATE, which is nearing completion, is also set to be Coventry’s most sustainable office building. Around 106 tonnes of carbon have already been saved by using more sustainable methods of construction.

Located adjacent to Coventry Railway Station, TWO FRIARGATE is expected to achieve several accolades including a BREEAM Excellent rating. This will put it amongst the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings for sustainability.
