Take a virtual step into Coventry’s new premier office building

For the very first time, you can now step inside TWO FRIARGATE – Coventry’s premier new office building – before construction completes.

We have launched a virtual tour of the building, so prospective tenants, and those that are simply curious, can see what the offices, reception, rooftop terrace and other facilities could look like.

TWO FRIARGATE is currently under construction and will be Coventry’s highest quality and most sustainable office building. The offices’ design focuses on employee wellbeing, and features cutting-edge green technologies and heating systems.

Following the delivery of One Friargate, TWO FRIARGATE is part of the wider Friargate regeneration. This 37-acre project will deliver a new business district in Coventry, along with bars, restaurants, and other uses.

April saw the strengthening of TWO FRIARGATE’s appeal, with the opening of the new Coventry Railway Station. The station, adjacent to the upcoming office building, will provide occupiers with excellent connectivity, and a world-class transport hub.
